I have wanted to show you all this jacket for soooo long, it has to be to date my most treasured charity shop purchase everrrrr!
This is my beautiful Aquascutum coat that picked up in a charity shop in a little village in the New Forest, (a huge never ending Forest/woodland area in Hampshire with lots of quaint high streets).
It was, wait for it... £15 YES £15.
I couldn't believe it as the condition is impeccable, the lining silky smooth and not one grubby mark on it. Even the little old ladies in the charity shop knew they had practically given it away but to late as I didn't even need to try it on it was sold!
It is so heavy & luxurious to wear it makes me feel instantly a little more glamorous every time I put it on. Knowing that even in it's current vintage state it could sell at a £100 or so quid (originally probably would have been up to £500) makes me love it even more as I could never afford to spend that sort of money on one item!
Coat - Charity Shop (OMG still can't get over this find) / Scarf - Burberry / Chains - Carboot / Joni Jeans - Topshop / Top - H&M / Wedged Trainers - Bank (sale) / Snapback - Ebay
I think these are some of the most serious blog post images I have ever taken, I blame the coat. It makes me feel like a different person, someone who enjoys the finer things! ha!
I had to put my own style stamp on it though and relax this look with the trainers & snapback and obviously not forgetting my obligatory gold accessories!
I actually think I might base my LFW outfit around this coat, let the outfit planning commence! I am going up with 2 of my blogging buddies, my sister Chloe and my lovely friend Amy, have a little nose at their blogs to!
If any of you are heading up to London on the Saturday 15th then let me know I would love to make more blogging pals :-)
